Job summary

Grand Manor Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to support residents with nutrition needs and meal service. You will prepare ingredients, cook and present dishes, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen while following safety and sanitation policies.

You will communicate with kitchen staff and management in a fast-paced environment and perform duties with attention to detail. Competitive benefits and PTO are included for eligible staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing and chopping vegetables and meat.
• Cook and present dishes according to menu specifications, including following recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and utensils and maintaining inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
