Job summary

Arabella Health & Wellness of Carrabelle in Carrabelle, FL is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with food service, tray delivery, and kitchen cleaning. You will help maintain portion control and present meals attractively while supporting a clean, safe dining environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and a team-oriented mindset. Prior experience with the elderly and food service is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be a supportive team member and contribute to teamwork.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Willingness to deal with residents, family and staff tactfully.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals according to established portion control procedures.
• Ensures meals are appetizing in appearance.
• Assists in daily cleaning duties of work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
