Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with food preparation is preferred but not required.
• Must demonstrate a passion for working with others, with a compassionate and dedicated approach to providing quality care and service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow dietary guidelines and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the facility's Dietitian/Director of Dietary Services to implement recommended dietary changes and improvements.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure all trays are accurate and complete before serving.
• Timely delivery and pickup of food carts, ensuring efficient service and resident satisfaction.
• Adhere to federal and state sanitary regulations and infection control guidelines to maintain a clean and safe food environment.
• Support the continuous improvement of our systems and processes by contributing innovative ideas and concepts aimed at achieving superior results in dietary services.
