Job summary

HHS is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide at Lourdes Medical Center to assist patients with menu selection and deliver meals in a timely fashion. You will provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction and work within the dietary team.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate meal delivery, assisting with menu logistics, and maintaining health and safety standards while supporting teammates and management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
