Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and serve meals in accordance with planned menus, standardized recipes, and special diet orders, ensuring food and facilities are prepared and maintained in accordance with sanitary regulations.
• Ensure the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner, with attention to detail and quality.
• Prepare and deliver snacks and other designated items as instructed.
• Assist in preparation, cooking, and clean-up of meals and prep areas, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
