Job summary

Dickson Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team in Dickson. You will assist in meal prep, serving, and maintaining sanitary dietary areas while ensuring residents receive meals timely and with respect.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment with good communication and teamwork. Flexible shifts are available to accommodate facility needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, serving, and cleaning up of meals and snacks for residents
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining areas, adhering to strict health and safety standards
• Restock supplies and inventory as needed
• Assist with menu planning and meal planning for special diets and occasions
• Ensure that all residents receive their meals and snacks in a timely and respectful manner
• Perform other related duties as assigned
