Job summary

Yona Solutions is seeking a Dietary Aide to support dining services for residents and guests. You will help set up dining areas, assist in meal preparation under supervision, and ensure timely delivery of meals and trays.

The role requires attention to cleanliness, strong communication, and reliability in a team-oriented kitchen environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma (certification in food services a plus) and proven experience in dietary aide or customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in food services is a plus.
• Proven experience as a dietary aide or in a related role preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays to designated rooms at scheduled times.
• Take down dining areas and clear tables, collect dishes and silverware.
• Discard leftovers and manage garbage disposal.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory; assist in menu planning.
