Highland View Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, LLC is seeking a Dietary Aide for our Brockway, PA facility. The role involves assisting in daily food preparation and maintaining a clean dining area for residents, with both in-dining and room service as needed.

You will keep accurate resident records and report changes to the nursing department, while treating residents with kindness and respect. This is a hands-on position with a focus on safe, timely meal service and a positive community

Qualifications

• Assist in daily food preparation and cleaning as directed.
• Serve meals, coffee, beverages, and special items to residents in the dining area or in their rooms.
• Prepare the dining room for the next meal and maintain a safe, clean dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records for each resident you work with and report any changes to the nursing department.
• Provide a patient and respectful service to residents and staff.
• Assist in meal service during peak times and maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
