Job summary

Responsibilities

Serve meals according to prescribed diets and resident preferences.
Prepare and deliver Nourishments at designated times; alert nurse upon arrival.
Maintain up-to-date list of residents and nourishments.
Tally selective menus before each meal; inform cook of special needs.
Maintain current dietary records including diet orders, preferences, and allergies.
