Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a motivated Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team. This role supports patients with end-stage renal disease and collaborates with clinical staff to ensure the highest quality care. Full-time shifts consist of three 12-hour days starting at 4:30 AM with Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills

• Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required
• Dialysis experience not required, job shadow opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in infection control and patient education activities
• Guide new patients through 120-day education plan
• Obtain and record patient vital signs
• Set up and break down dialysis blood system
• Monitor patients during dialysis
