Responsibilities

• Chairside excellence: assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, ensuring a seamless flow.
• Patient advocacy: greet and prepare patients, keeping them relaxed and informed.
• Clinical prep: set up and break down operatory rooms with strict sterilization protocols.
• Diagnostics: take digital X-rays and dental impressions (training provided).
• Record keeping: accurately document charts and treatment plans in the software.
• Team support: coordinate with front office and hygiene team to maintain daily schedule.
