• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trust with clients who may be reluctant to accept care.
• Good communication skills and reliability.
• Ability to follow care instructions and respect client preferences and dignity.
• Willingness to assist with outings and provide companionship.
• Reliable transportation preferred for assignments involving outings.
