Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation in the Cincinnati area is hiring full-time Day Shift CNAs/STNAs to support residents with daily care, mobility, and social engagement. The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and teamwork within a long-term care setting.

Join our care team on the day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) in Silverton, OH, and contribute to creating a warm, home-like atmosphere while ensuring safety and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio CNA or STNA certification in good standing.
• Experience in a nursing home or long-term care preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with morning routines including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide mobility support, repositioning, and transfer assistance throughout the day.
• Record and report resident observations accurately to the nursing team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident areas and common spaces.
• Support residents with dignity, respect, and patience during all interactions.
• Uphold all safety standards and infection control procedures.
