Job summary

Spectra Human Services is seeking a full-time Day Program Staff with Van Route to transport and support adults with IDD across the Denver metro area. You will ensure health and safety, assist with daily living activities, and participate in group activities.

The role requires a valid CO driver's license, background checks, and strong interpersonal skills. Join a team dedicated to empowering participants to learn, grow, and achieve meaningful outcomes in day programs and community settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of experience with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities or related field.
• Valid Colorado driver's license and willingness to undergo MVR check.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to communicate with peers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with disabilities on and off the van.
• Ensure safety and security of the van and client information.
• Complete weekly van inspections.
• Provide transportation, companionship, and assistance to Day Program participants across the Denver Metro area.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed and participate in group activities.
