Jefferson Health Northeast in Langhorne, PA seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient-centered practice, family collaboration, and care planning.
• Cultural awareness and ability to engage diverse patients and families.
• Effective communication concepts and delegation within a care team.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, discharge planning, and documentation.
• Familiarity with basic health information documentation and data use.
