West Roxbury Health & Rehabilitation Center in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. You will work with an interdisciplinary care team to provide skilled therapies that promote independence and improve residents' quality of life.

Ideal candidates hold Massachusetts COTA licensure, graduation from an accredited program, CPR/BLS, and experience in long-term care or geriatrics.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited OT Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments according to plans of care.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and interdisciplinary care team.
• Document accurately and timely per regulations.
• Support residents in ADLs and functional goals.
