Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus and dietary needs.
• Assist with meal plating and presentation.
• Ensure food is prepared safely and served at proper temperatures.
• Follow dietary instructions and resident preferences.
• Assist with resident meal service and satisfaction.
• Prepare snacks and beverages as scheduled.
• Assist with food receiving and storage.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain adequate supplies and report needs.
• Help with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning.
• Store food and supplies per safety guidelines.
• Follow Ohio food safety regulations and facility policies.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces and equipment.
• Follow infection prevention and hygiene practices.
• Report safety concerns immediately.
• Provide courteous service to residents, families, and guests.
