Job summary

Ohana Pacific Health in Honolulu, HI is seeking an ARCH Cook to prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals for our Kupuna. The position supports kitchen and dining activities and ensures meals meet quality and dietary requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of menu planning, preparation methods, safety and sanitation, and the ability to maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of menu planning, preparation methods, and inspection of food items.
• Knowledge of principles of kitchen management, sanitation, safety, and personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Supports all activities in the department including kitchen and dining areas.
• Responsible for the quality of meals served, quality of service provided, and compliance with special diets for our Kupuna.
• Breakdown and sanitize food service locations and equipment
