Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, cook, and serve meals according to menus and standardized recipes.
• Prepare foods in large quantities appropriate for a long-term care setting.
• Follow modified diets and special dietary needs as ordered.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment.
• Follow food safety, storage, and infection prevention standards.
• Work collaboratively with the Dietary team under the supervision of the Dietary Manager.
• Support timely and efficient meals service.
