Qualifications

• Minimum 18 yrs. age required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Review menus and production sheets to determine quantities for regular and special diets.
• Prepare specified food items as assigned.
• Test cooked foods by tasting and smelling samples.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met in preparation and production line stages.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of equipment and kitchen area.
• Supervise food being cooked and ensure proper temperature and holding.
