Qualifikationen

• Minimum 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food preparation experience required.
• Ability to understand and organize food preparation activities; read menus and follow recipes.

Aufgaben

• Review menus and production sheets to determine food quantities for regular and special diets.
• Prepare specified food items as assigned.
• Test cooked foods by tasting and smelling samples.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met in all kitchen stages.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of equipment and kitchen area.
• Supervise food during cooking; ensure correct holding temperature.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of foodstuffs.
