Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a caring Cook to support our residents’ dietary needs in Kansas. You will prepare meals, follow recipes, maintain inventories, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

We value empathy, work ethic, integrity, and competence as core pillars. The role involves shift work coordinated by the Dietary Director and collaboration with the care team to ensure timely meal service.

Responsibilities

• Handle and store raw materials, cooked food, and non-food supplies properly
• Order, restock, and maintain inventories for kitchen supplies and equipment
• Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Follow establishment recipes when preparing meals
• Prepare ingredients in accordance with menu requirements
• Adhere to food health and safety procedures
• Cook, clean, and assist other staff in daily operations
• Deliver food in a fast-paced environment
• Work shifts as assigned by the Dietary Director
