Reflections Retirement Community in Westerville, OH is seeking a dedicated dietary services professional for a full-time 2nd shift role. The position offers $18.00-$21.00 per hour and requires a current ServSafe Manager certification along with a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

Must hold current ServSafe Manager certification.
High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions.
Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols.
Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas.
Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction.
Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
