• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen; stores/discards excess food per safe-handling procedures.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies; helps with production planning and record keeping.
• Adheres to HACCP standards and company policies; reports maintenance or safety issues as needed.
