Responsibilities

• Prepares all food according to the menu safely and sanitary under the food services director.
• Ensures proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to recipes.
• Prepares quality food products according to recipes and menus.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation standards.
• Prepares food in a timely manner at specified meal times.
• Follows cleaning schedules and proper storage of all dishes and equipment.
