Job summary

The Summit Center for Health & Rehabilitation, affiliated with National Health Care Associates, is seeking a Cook for per diem or temp full-time positions including days, evenings, and weekends. Qualifications

Prepare and serve appetizing meals following dietary requirements.
Maintain high quality food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook nutritious meals per prescribed menus and dietary needs.
Maintain hygiene and sanitation in kitchen and storage areas.
Collaborate with dietary staff to plan menus and accommodate dietary restrictions.
Order and manage inventory of food supplies and equipment.
Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
