Sevita is seeking caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings. You’ll assist with daily living, personal care, and learning new skills while building trusting relationships and helping participants reach their goals.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and support participants who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants develop daily living skills and work toward personal goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
