Sevita is seeking a caregiver to provide community-based support for individuals with developmental disabilities. You’ll assist with personal care, promote independence, and help participants engage in meaningful activities. Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily self-care.
• Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Encourage participation in community activities and build meaningful relationships.
