Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Driver (Class B license with Passenger Endorsement) to safely operate community vehicles for outings and events. The role involves assisting with loading residents, following all driving laws, and maintaining safety standards in daily operations.

Excellent communication and teamwork are essential as you support activities and transport residents in a respectful, caring environment at Oakmont communities across states.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement.
• Prefer two years of experience driving a vehicle with passengers.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Operate community vehicles safely on outings and appointments.
• Assist with loading residents and belongings onto/off community vehicles.
• Follow all state and federal driving laws.
• Comply with vehicle inspection and safety standards.
• Act as a member of the activity staff during outings and within the community.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents and guests.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
