Cantex is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate healthcare team in a skilled nursing setting. You will provide direct patient care, assist with ADLs, and help ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely.
• Strong teamwork and patient-first mindset.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor and report changes to Charge Nurse.
• Document care and activities per regulations.
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment.
• Ensure medical equipment and devices are clean, charged, and functioning properly.
• Participate in shift handoffs and team communication.
• Follow facility policies and procedures.
• Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety.
