Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff. You will follow individualized care plans, ensure safety, and support patient independence throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to assigned patients in accordance with care plans and safety procedures.
• Document patient care activities and observations.
• Promote patient independence and quality of life.
• Communicate patient status updates to the supervising Charge Nurse at shift start and end.
• Observe patient conditions and document observations as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment.
