Job summary

Eastern Health Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to perform direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel, promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for residents.

The role includes meeting physical and sensory requirements, providing personal care, assisting with meals, recording vitals, and supporting care plan development with nursing staff. We offer a sign-on bonus and daily pay with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from state.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work within a team and maintain confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care of residents daily.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and meal intake.
• Observe residents and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist in plan of care development.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in duty areas.
