Qualifications

• Active Nursing Assistant certification required by state.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to operate standard office software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Team orientation with good customer service under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision.
• Promote compassionate physical and psychosocial environment.
• Assist with meals and hydration needs for residents.
• Record vital signs and intake/output as assigned.
• Assist in transfers and use of assistive devices.
• Support nursing staff with aseptic techniques and routine tasks.
