• Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Documents patient data and observations in EHR promptly.
• Demonstrates respect for residents' rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care to residents.
• Turn and position residents as required by care plan.
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and daily activities.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and promptly respond to call bells.
