Job summary

Integritus Healthcare’s East Longmeadow Skilled Nursing Center in East Longmeadow, MA is hiring a CNA for the 3pm–11pm shift. This full‑time role offers weekly pay, generous PTO, and opportunities for tuition assistance through the Steppingstone program.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license.
• Experience with long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Excellent communication and compassion for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents following their care plan.
• Document ADLs and vital signs in the electronic health record.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, mobility and feeding.
• Turn and position residents as required and report changes promptly.
• Maintain safety, resident rights, and confidentiality.
• Escort residents to appointments and activities.
