• Help residents with daily living activities such as hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure resident comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
