Job summary

The Meadows of Leipsic, part of Trilogy Health Services, is hiring certified nursing assistants to provide daily care and companionship in a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification is required.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
