Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision, assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort, especially during night shifts.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility policies and standards.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning; support infection control protocols.
