Job summary

Avera Marshall is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct, personal care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and support the care team to maintain safety and comfort for residents.

Part-time/benefit eligible position with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for advancement in long-term care. A MN CNA license or enrollment in a MN CNA class ending within 30 days is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain MN CNA certification or be enrolled in MN CNA class that ends within 30 days of applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, personal care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding) and mobility.
• Take and document vital signs and other care tasks as directed by nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe and respectful environment for residents and families.
