Job summary
Willow Terrace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Philadelphia is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our dedicated team. Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
- Prior experience preferred, with training provided through our comprehensive onboarding program
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety and comfort
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
- Work collaboratively with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and respectful environment
