Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our skilled nursing neighborhood. The position is full-time with shifts from 7:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00, under supervision of licensed nursing staff.

You will provide direct assistance with daily living activities, ensure resident safety and dignity, and report changes in condition promptly. A high school diploma, CNA certification, and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current State CNA certification required.
• CPR certification required or obtain within three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents within our skilled nursing neighborhood under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Provide direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and report changes promptly to the licensed nursing staff.
