Job summary

Rolling Meadows Health and Rehabilitation in Indiana is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate daily care to residents. You will assist with bathing, feeding, mobility, and personal care while maintaining dignity and privacy.

Qualified candidates have HS diploma or GED, ISDH CNA certification, and basic computer skills (Excel/Word). We offer competitive wages, $3 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts, DailyPay, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 yearly, and

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED and ISDH CNA certification in good standing.
• CNA transfers from another state may work 120 days while awaiting Indiana certification.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Feed residents, provide bedside water, snacks, and assist with dining transfers.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests per policy.
• Maintain resident rooms, change linens, and organize belongings.
• Observe changes in appetite, skin condition, or behavior and report.
• Provide emotional support to residents to promote independence.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Document vitals and care in medical records as required.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and maintain a clean environment.
