Job summary

Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with shifts from 3 PM–11 PM and 11 PM–7 AM. Earn a competitive hourly rate with shift differentials and a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days for FT roles.

Same-day pay is available and comprehensive benefits accompany this role. As a CNA, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care under licensed staff, assist with daily living

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition or needs to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
