Job summary

Allegro Living’s Alto Overland Park community is seeking Kansas CNAs to provide compassionate care in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Shift options include Part-Time 7:00am–3:00pm and 3:00pm–11:00pm, plus PRN opportunities.

You will support daily living activities and help create a safe, respectful home for residents. Ideal candidates have a Kansas CNA certification and experience in senior living, with CPR/First Aid on file and a patient, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Active Kansas CNA certification — required.
• Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior living experience — preferred.
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting and transfers.
• Provide attentive and compassionate support in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Encourage independence while maintaining safety and dignity.
• Observe and promptly report changes in a resident’s condition.
• Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and team members.
