The Magnolia in North Carolina is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our resident-focused team. You will provide direct care, assist with ADLs, monitor health, and support the nursing staff to maintain residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare, senior living, or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with eating, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Help residents maintain personal hygiene and overall comfort.
• Measure and record vital signs, observe changes, and report to nursing staff.
• Assist with medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks under supervision.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents through companionship and engagement.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures; respond to emergencies as needed.
