Job summary

The Magnolia is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care in our senior living community. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and support the nursing team in maintaining residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of nursing care procedures and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with eating, hydration, and nutrition.
• Measure and record vital signs and observe changes in condition.
• Promote resident engagement and social activity.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with care under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
