Right at Home Northwest Oklahoma City is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living in the Oklahoma City area. As a Caregiver, you will help clients maintain dignity, independence, comfort, and safety while receiving care in their own homes.

Prior caregiving experience is valued, and a valid driver’s license is required for travel to client homes.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience as Homemaker Companion or in a similar role.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Current and valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, according to the care plan.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with walking, mobility, and transfers when appropriate and within your training.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Provide medication reminders according to company policies and the care plan.
• Follow individualized care plans and document care as required.
• Communicate changes in client condition or needs to the appropriate team members.
