Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and transport.
• Record vital signs, weights, and intake; observe changes and report to licensed staff.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs.
• Assist during meals and promote proper nutrition and hydration.
• Maintain clean, organized resident rooms.
• Support restorative and rehabilitative care programs.
• Uphold resident dignity, privacy, and respect.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
