The role emphasizes respect, kindness, and aiding residents to live as independently as possible within their home setting.

The position requires CNA credentials (Ohio) and the ability to read and communicate in English, with adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines, and teamwork within the household.

Competenze

• CNA certification or eligibility in Ohio.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Training in food sanitation, housekeeping, restorative nursing and resident activities.
