You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, assist with activities of daily living, meals, and comfort, while promoting resident dignity and involvement in decision making.

This role requires current CNA certification in IL (and PA MO where applicable) and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification for IL (and MO as applicable).
• Ability to communicate with residents.
• Experience with direct resident care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and meals as needed.
• Observe residents and report changes to nurses.
• Maintain resident comfort and dignity, respectful care.
• Document care in clinical records.
• Participate in care/service plans to improve residents' lives.
